What to Expect & Bring

Each person should wear:

Moisture wicking base layer (anything non-cotton will help keep you warm)

Shoes- lightweight and comfortable

Non-cotton anything!!!

REMEMBER: any medications that you would take in the morning

Backpack with the following:

Water (32oz or more). Additional water will be available along the Road

Food (non-perishable). Additional snacks available along the Road

Warm Jacket/ Windbreaker (Mount Washington weather is unpredictable!)

Rain Jacket (waterproof!)

Warm hat and gloves

Extra Pair of Socks

Sunscreen/bug repellent

First Aid Kit (first aid and transport off Mountain provided by Safety Staff, there will be 4 Aid Stations located along the Road)- moleskin and blister pads are good to have handy.

Head Lamp with spare batteries- make sure your headlamp battery will last!

Emergency Blanket (Summit can be extremely cold)

Camera (to capture the awesome team moments!)​
