- When do members vote?
- Members vote at the Annual Meeting and at special meetings called by the Board of Directors. The Annual meeting takes place in October or November, or as determined by the Board.

- Your membership runs for one year from the beginning of the month in which you pay your dues and complete your Membership application.

- You will receive information about the time, place, and agenda for any membership meeting via email or USPS, as appropriate. The notice for the Annual Meeting is sent 30 days in advance.
