Buy a Seat
Many of our adaptive participants have disabilities that require them to use specialized adaptive sit-down equipment if they are to get the full benefit of their sport and recreational experience. Adaptive Sports Partners has access to many of these pieces of equipment, but we own only one – a recumbent trike called the Greenspeed Anura. The other pieces are all borrowed or rented, and there is no assurance that they will always be available when we need them
We are asking our friends and supporters to consider “Buying a Seat.” You would be a very appreciated supporter if you made a substantial contribution enabling us to buy a sit-down device of your choice. Because these pieces of equipment are built in limited production, they tend to be quite expensive. Even a contribution toward just part of the purchase price brings us that much closer to acquiring a specific device.
